1. Acceptance

By creating an account or playing on Quantum Bingo, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Virtual credits — no monetary value

Quantum Bingo is currently a testing and demonstration platform. All in-game credits (referred to on the platform as FUN credits) are entirely virtual. They:

  • have no real-world monetary value;
  • cannot be purchased with, exchanged for, or redeemed for real money, cryptocurrency, or any prize of value;
  • cannot be transferred between accounts, sold, or traded;
  • may be adjusted, reset, or removed at our discretion during this testing phase, without compensation.

Nothing on this platform today constitutes real-money gambling. If this ever changes, it will be under a separate, clearly disclosed offering, with its own terms and applicable licensing.

3. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under your account.
  • One account per person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
  • Guest play (without an account) is supported for casual use; guest progress is tied to your device and is not guaranteed to persist.

4. How the game works

Bingo cards and number draws are generated using a quantum random number generator. Game rules, prize-pool percentages, and jackpot mechanics are configured per game template and displayed to you before you join a game. Automated participants ("bots") may fill demo games to keep them active; they are never used in any mode involving real value.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • attempt to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with the platform's random number generation, draw process, or wallet system;
  • create multiple accounts to abuse test-credit or promotional mechanics;
  • use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Availability and changes

This is an actively developed platform in a testing phase. Features, game templates, and virtual credit balances may change or reset without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of liability

The platform and its virtual credits are provided "as is," for entertainment and testing purposes, without warranty of any kind. Since credits have no monetary value, no claim for financial loss related to them will be entertained.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
