1. Who we are

Quantum Bingo is a live bingo platform currently operated as a testing/demo product using virtual credits with no monetary value (see our Terms & Conditions for details). This policy explains what data we collect through the site and why.

2. What we collect

Account data

Name, email address, and a hashed password if you register. If you play as a guest without an account, we only store a randomly generated session identifier on your device — no personal information is required to play.

Session data

When you sign in, we record the IP address and browser/device information (user agent) associated with that session, for account security purposes (detecting suspicious sign-ins, debugging access issues).

Gameplay and wallet activity

Which games you join, cards you acquire, wins, and your virtual credit balance and transaction history. This is core to how the game works and is retained for as long as your account exists.

Aggregate website analytics

We use Umami, a privacy-focused, self-hosted analytics tool, to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, approximate country, device type, and how long a visit lasts. Umami does not use cookies and does not build an individual profile that follows you across sites. Data is aggregated and stored on our own infrastructure, not shared with any advertising network.

Referral / acquisition cookie

If you arrive via a link that includes a campaign parameter (e.g. utm_source), we set a single first-party cookie recording which channel referred you (e.g. "reddit") and when. It is used only to understand which of our own promotion channels work, is never shared with any advertiser or ad network, is set only once per visitor (a later link with different parameters does not overwrite it), and expires after 90 days. If you create an account, this value is attached to it; if you never register, the cookie is never linked to any personal data.

Feedback you send us

If you respond to an in-app survey or send feedback voluntarily, we store your rating and any comment you write, to understand and improve the product.

3. Why we collect it

To create and operate your account and let you play.
To keep your virtual credit balance and game history accurate.
To secure your account against unauthorized access.
To understand whether the product is used, by whom, and how — this is genuinely how we decide what to build next, not a formality.
To respond to support requests and feedback.

4. How long we keep it

Account and gameplay data is kept for as long as your account exists. If you request deletion (see Section 6), we remove or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required for fraud prevention or legal compliance. Aggregate analytics data is not tied to your identity and is kept for product-analysis purposes.

5. Who can see it

Your data is not sold. It is processed by us and by the infrastructure providers we use to run the platform (hosting, email delivery for account actions like password resets). We do not share your personal data with advertisers.

6. Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right under GDPR to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 8.

7. Children

Quantum Bingo is not directed at, and should not be used by, anyone under the age required by local law to enter into this kind of agreement.
